Facebook has now added the ability to advertise events in the news feed. This is great news for everyone. This will allow more people to see events and be able to reply to them.

The idea of doing this was to provide more access to people in connecting with one another. FaceBook noticed there was a demand for it and they decided to tap into the market and help out their community. After all, the want to improve user experience online and this is only going to happen, if they get what they want. This is exactly what led to the change being made and implemented in the long-term. It is these details which make the biggest difference for those who want the best.

By having the ability to advertise the events in the news feed, more people will see them. This means more people will respond and RSVP to them. This will help with the number of people who go to the events that have been posted.

The great thing about Facebook is that it is always working hard to make things a little better for the user. Not everyone always agrees with the choices that are made but that is typical for any type of service. With the change in the events, people will be able to utilize that feature a little more and have better success with it.

Insights for Events will show the number of people who have seen links to events on the Facebook platform, as well as the number of people who have viewed events, and the number of times the event has been joined, saved or had a "maybe" response.

Facebook is allowing ads for events to appear in both the mobile and desktop feeds of users. Until recently, event advertisements would appear only in the right rail on desktop users; apart of the screen that is not particularly prominent.
